| We have a friendship club promoting friendship among people of our firm; lots of funs such as eating out, excursion, cherry blossom party, a year-end party and many other events. The picture shown below was taken when we had an excursion to Kyoto to commemorate the 20th anniversary of our firm. Next year (2002), we will celebrate our 25th anniversary. Many surprises are waiting for us. The year-end party was held on a grand scale at the "Marine Club" in Hibiya on Mon., December 10, 2001. Baseball Team Our baseball team participates in the Patent Cup Tournament held in August every year under the sponsorship of the Japan Patent Office. In 2001, our baseball team was ranked the best 16 out of 44 teams. Our third game ended in a draw, and regrettably, we lost the game by a toss-up. Although we did not advance to the quarterfinals, we played very well. To celebrate their performance, we had a big party to cheer the team. |
